Job Summary
Ultimately to provide the marketing team with a high level of support, completed to a high standard whilst in line with Company values and objectives, candidate will be required to help ensure everything within the marketing department runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Suitable candidate will be responsible for assisting in all areas of a marketing strategy from the development of different elements to their execution; this many include amongst other things planning market research, organising the distribution or literature, or helping to put on an event
Candidate will be required to work well on their own or a part of a team working alongside other disciplines within the company
Lead the sales team to maximise the revenue and profit generation from these identified opportunities
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, innovative team, the role will be very varied and involved a lot of flexibility, tasks will vary from carrying out research, overlooking schedules, drafting creative briefs, dealing with external agencies etc

Formal Qualifications
Essential: Degree in relevant discipline (i.e. marketing / business studies) or equivalent experience
Experience, Expertise & Attributes: Essential:
IT Skills - Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel,
Powerpoint & Outlook
High Levels of Numeracy
Ability to make things happen and to achieve objectives
Excellent motivational and team working skills.
Accuracy & clarity in both written/verbal communications.
To set own priorities in line with business needs and work constructively within a team and on own initiative.
The ability to work with a degree of autonomy
Excellent Planning and Organisational Skills
Enthusiastic, energetic and goal orientated
Desirable:
Solid understanding of off and online advertising and marketing channels including Social Media.
Good knowledge/experience of trade marketing
