Applications are invited for a well motivated individual to assist the therapy staff on Beechwood Unit at Isebrook Hospital.
Duties include assisting patients with therapeutic activities, exercise regimes and activities of daily living.
Basic keyboard and office skills will be needed.
The successful applicant must be an excellent communicator, well organised, be able to work as part of a team and be able to carry out moderate to intensive physical tasks throughout the day.
Previous experience of working within a care environment within a multi-disciplinary team including therapy staff would be advantageous.
Full training will be given against a comprehensive set of competencies.
Preference will be given in the first instance to 'at risk' employees within Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and those 'at risk' within the East Midlands Healthcare Community.
