Must be aged 18+. Working five nights from six you will produce a wide variety of bakery and confectionery goods, e.g bread, rolls, pastries, pies and savouries to a consistently high standard. You must be able to mould bread by hand and be able to follow written recipes and instructions. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010. SVQ level 2 or equivalent experienced baker required must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision .
