The company is currently recruiting for a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to embark on their industry recognised recruitment training scheme in their Edinburgh offices.

Your duties will include:
Developing and managing client relationships through telephone sales and face to face meetings. Obtaining vacancies from your clients and sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals. Maintaining your market and commercial awareness through research and networking. Providing CV, interview and career advice to candidates. Telephone interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles. Writing creative recruitment advertisements and marketing campaigns. Skills and experience required for Trainee Recruitment Consultant role
Graduate or if non-graduate be articulate with good verbal and written communication. 6 months+ previous experience of working in a target-driven sales based role. Hard-working and prepared to work long hours in a noisy and demanding target-driven, sales environment. Trainee Recruitment Consultant benefits
Basic salary of £18,000, rising to £23,000 after 12 months. Uncapped individual commission providing year one on target earnings of £35,000 - £40,000, year two £60,000+ A competitive company car scheme allowing you to choose from a car allowance or from a choice of cars on qualification (though a driving license is not required for the predominantly office-based role).
