An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Healthcare Assistant to work with the Central Locality District Nursing Team, and a part-time (20 hours) Healthcare Assistant to work with the South & East Locality District Nursing Team, in Northampton.
Are you enthusiastic, flexible and a team player, with an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in health care? If so would you like to assist the District Nursing Team to deliver quality evidence-based care to people with long-term conditions in their own home?
Induction training and further development of skills will be supported.
Candidates will need to be IT literate and hold a current driving licence as the ability to travel between venues is essential.
The full-time Healthcare Assistant will be primarily based with the team at Park Avenue Medical Centre, whilst the part-time Healthcare Assistant will be primarily based at Ecton Brook Medical Centre; however you may be required to work from other locations in Northampton.
