Reporting to the Operations Manager/Contact Centre Supervisor the applicant will provide an efficient and professional customer service/administrative support function to UTV Internet customers and partners.
Personnel Specification: Education:
Minimum 5 GCE/GCSE or equivalent, including Maths and English
Minimum of 2 years recent relevant administration experience
Relevant experience in a busy call centre/telcommunications environment desirable
Relevant experience of processing credit and debit card transactions desirable
Relevant experience of BT and/or Eircom wholesale products desirable
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Good time management and organisational skills
Good customer service skills
Working knowledge of computerised accounting system is desirable
Experience in the full range of administration activities including wordprocessing, photocopying, faxing, filing, handling correspondence, dealing with internal and external enquiries
Excellent working knowledge of Internet products and technologies
Excellent working knowledge of the full range of Microsoft office applications
Accurate and detail conscious
Able to meet tight deadlines and deal with pressure
Other: Prepared to work outside "normal hours" in special circumstances.
