Lead Commercial/Residential Property Solicitor up to 40k with bonus Preston

Due to growth, this leading Lancashire High Street practice is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to lead, drive and develop the team, revenue opportunities and the product in the wider Lancashire market.

Lancashire based leading law firm are recruiting a Commercial/Residential Property Solicitor /FILEX to join their dynamic team within a lead role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to further develop an existing practice area within a stable environment. The firm has exciting plans in the next year and have just bought new premises with an eye to expanding the team considerably.

The property team already have a solid presence within City and are now looking to build on that work in the City and surrounding areas.

This role requires an excellent technical lawyer with the ability to develop and maintain business within the Preston area.
Applicants will need to be either a qualified Solicitor or FILEX with experience of working directly with client referrals and marketing a Conveyancing product. Salary will be dependant on experience.
