Salary: Salary £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on skills and experience)

The Role:
The Board of Directors are seeking to appoint a PA to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management including arranging appointments, meetings, maintenance of diaries and taking action as required or directed;
- Dealing with and producing correspondence including letters, reports and memos to a high standard, whilst maintaining accuracy;
- Arranging travel and preparing itineraries, completing visa applications for different countries;
. Liaising with overseas colleagues;
- Setting up web based conference facilities between HQ and overseas offices;
- Providing cover as required to other PAs within the business;
- Taking minutes of meetings as required;
- Using Microsoft office skills to produce correspondence including letters, reports, agendas, spreadsheets and presentations where required;
- Preparing and submitting of directors expenses;
- Screening of calls and mail;
- Performing general duties as required;
- Ad hoc projects.
Attributes:
The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, they will be proactive and able to work on their own initiative with the ability to adapt to the changing priorities of the role. Attention to detail and being able to work under pressure is essential. Previous experience of working in a similar role and being able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion is advantageous.
The role may require some flexibility in relation to working outside core hours.
