The team in Manchester is poised to grow considerably in 2012 working on relationships with blue chip organisations and a range of targetted SME businesses. We operate principally with clients and candidates in the Greater Manchester and surrounding areas, but with potential to expand through Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria. The scale of opportunity is therefore very evident and affords high career potential opportunities for the right individuals. The role is looking for an outstanding individual to support the growth of our temp and interim market offering, focussing on developing a temporary recruitment delivery to mirror our permanent offering.
You will build a candidate base to reflect the quality of our offering to the markets and reinforce our strategy to be the number 1 choice for our candidates. You will also work on the building strong and long term relationships with the top recruiting clients in the area. Working closely with your permanent desk counterparts, you will develop strategies to become the trusted and ideal recruitment partner for our clients. The Manchester office has a number of teams operating in different disciplines and there is significant scope to share client information to help develop your own client base further.
The right person will be passionate about billing and delivery as well as driven to play their part in helping build the number one recruitment offering in the North West. Ideally, the right person will demonstrate a strong track record of delivery in the Manchester/NW finance &/ or accountancy recruitment markets.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to develop their market and also develop their career. Ultimately, the market scope is sufficient to build a team dedicated solely to temporary finance recruitment in the North West.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To be a successful intermediary between our clients and candidates. Successfully meeting the needs of both parties to generate revenue and grow RF&P's market share.
To grow the temporary revenue for the North West finance market towards the objective of being the number 1 ideal recruitment and HR services partner.
- Understanding your market. Building long term client relationships, becoming a market expert

- Working with permanent recruitment counterparts to offer temporary solutions to clients recruiting permanently.
