Our clients, a leading Finance Broker are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Consultant to work in their luxury new offices in Heald Green.
Customer Sales Consultants will be the first point of contact for customers from a variety of sources, completing loan applications and up-selling the most appropriate loan product from our panel of lenders. Working with some of the biggest names in the Financial Industry, you must have an excellent telephone manner and be professional at all times.
Key Tasks
- Promote and appropriately sell our products and services
- Accurately take loan applications through warm inbound calls
- Establish the customers requirements and discuss the products available to them
- Provide quotes on products and explain the options available to the customer
- Handle objections appropriately to complete the sale
- Work to and achieve KPI's
- Maintain and develop industry and product awareness
Experience of both Customer Services and Up-Selling is essential also a great telephone manner and professional approach. Good keyboard skills are required, along with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
