Update vessel information on Whiteboard
Handling and despatch bills of lading
Handle and despatch of of certificates and other original documents
Communication internally and externally with customers and other departments/agencies
Handling of manifest correctors
Verify and add local fees and create proforma invoice
Respond to customer queries
Excellent and efficient data entry skills
Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
Attention to detail
Knowledge of the shipping industry is essential
