Clarity Privilege act on behalf of private investors who buy and rent residential property. Knowledge of the property sector is essential. We are well established and rapidly expanding and are looking for a team of Portfolio Managers to work with us. This position is home based, however you will be reporting in to us on a daily basis via telephone or in person dependent upon location. Being responsible for buying and letting properties and managing a rental portfolio. Carrying out viewings, negotiating purchases at well below market value. Building excellent relationships with clients. You will be travelling within a 50 mile radius and will have your own transport. You must be familiar with MS Office packages, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a real enthusiasm for life. Must be educated to GCSE level A-C or equivalent .
