As a result of continued success, my Glasgow based client is recruiting for an experienced Web Development Manager to join their busy team.

You will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of all internal and external client websites, project managing key developments and liaising with other departments of the business to ensure business and client needs are agreed and met.

Your responsibilities will also include line management of the front and back end web development team, monitoring industry and competitor developments and making development proposals.

Experience Required:

• Project Management in web development
• Very Strong leadership and motivational skills with the proven ability to deliver against tight deadlines and the strength of character to push back when required
• Very Strong organisational, communication and trouble-shooting skills
• Good understanding of web development principles e.g. HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript
