What is expected of you as a Senior Carer?
You will be at the very heart of our industry, so you are expected to be reliable, dependable and committed to make a difference in our homes. As a team leader you will be self motivated with the passion to inspire your team to achieve the best.

Duties will include

• Supporting the activities of daily living in a person centred manner
• Promote physical and personal independence as well as choice in all daily activities
• Help in promoting a stimulating and homely environment
• Instruct, support, mentor and act as a role model for new and existing Care Assistants
• Measure and record blood pressures, temp, pulse and respiration as necessary
• Carry out simple delegated wound dressing procedures and urine analysis when required

What skills do I need to join?
You'll need NVQ 2 or 3 in Care along with previous experience within healthcare.
