Customer Service Advisor required!!! I am looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work on a long - term temporary assignment, on a part time basis.
Working for a market-leading, global organisation, this role will involve making outbound calls to current customers, order processing, arranging delivery of products and overall providing a high level of customer service to the organisation's client base.
The role will be working Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day with the specific hours to be agreed between the organisation and the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience, be IT literate, a quick learner and possess an excellent telephone manner. Due to the location, being a car owner and driver is an advantage, alternatively a willingness to use public transport on a daily basis. An up to date passport is also required as training and ad hoc visits overseas may be required.
