In order to maintain a first class service to our customers, First Glasgow are looking to appoint a Senior Customer Advisor. This is a new position and the post holder will supervise our Customer Services team and have a pivotal role in working with our Operations and Network teams.
The successful candidate will supervise the customer services team, implement, manage and develop our customer services procedures and ensure that enquiries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively,
Applicants should have a good standard of education and relevant qualifications would be advantageous. You must also have significant supervisory experience in a customer services environment and a track record of delivering results and service improvements.
Applicants must also have the drive to take our service forward by ensuring that we continually meet and exceed our targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are vital to succeed in this role.
