We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Technical Records Clerk to maintain accurate technical records for aircrafts within our European and International bases.
You will be required to provide assistance to the Technical Records Supervisor with staff training and it is expected you will mentor and guide members of the Technical Records team.
Your duties will include but not limited to :

Keep up-to-date with the Department’s workload in terms of help desk calls, engineering queries, aircraft records – both in IFS and hardcopy;

Investigate and solve helpdesk tickets;
-
Deal with Department queries – in person, email and telephone;
-
Monitor aircraft movements within
Europe
(sales, purchases, imports, exports etc.);
-
Keep updated on number of aircrafts going through base maintenance – aircraft inspections etc.;
-
Update component log cards and aircraft log and modification books;
-
Review maintenance records as required;
-
Compile monthly reports;
-
Preparation of paperwork for C of A renewals;
-
Liaise with Authorised Engineers as necessary;
-
Complete Purchase Orders for Supply Chain;
-
Build major assemblies;
-
Validation check of LBE’s and Inspection Worksheets.
Qualifications
-
Good standard of Education including Maths and English;
-
Extensive Technical Records experience, preferably Rotary;
-
Knowledge of Authority Requirements;
-
Basic understanding of Maintenance Programmes;
-
Skilled in usage of aircraft management software;
-
Excellent communication skills;
-
Line Management experience;
