A Sheffield city centre based organisation have a permanent opportunity for someone experienced in dealing with property maintenance issues, to join a friendly, vibrant team.
The role will involve the following duties:
Tend to incoming enquiries regarding property maintenance Administer the maintenance process; raise requests and quotations Liaise with external parties regarding remedial works Manage engineers and book works in with specific contractors Diary management; delegating jobs to a variety of trades people
You will hold the following skills and experience: Proven experience in property management/property maintenance Relevant qualification or evidence of study in the Property Management sector would be advantageous Customer service / customer facing experience Excellent computer literacy Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of clients Good diary management Ability to work in a pressurised environment A willingness to support other departments as the need arises
