Must have proven sales administration experience, ability to prioritise and cope with a variety of work, utilise own initiative and seek advice where necessary, have professional telephone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Word Excel and keyboard skills. Duties will involve managing a current delivery of Training courses to ensure they are answering and dealing with any queries, making and attending appointments, updating and maintaining customer records and dealing with telephone enquiries.
