Job Purpose:
This position manages installation technicians and support staff on all projects. Assists Management team with ensuring job profitability through development/implementation of processes/policies to improve efficiencies inthe installation department establishing quality control guidelines and assisting with the development of the installation budget. Assists technical staff with high-end customer-related issues. All installations must meet the highest quality standards set forth by the Company procedures,while assuring a professional and safe working environment. Communicates effectively with technical staff and external customers.

Job Duties:
Responsible for achieving installation goals specific to their location
Provides overall direction of Field Service Managers in support of departmental objectives
Oversees hiring, training and recruiting needs for the installation staff
Reviews performance; addressing escalated issues and resolving problems
Helps support new business opportunities and strategies
Complies with management reporting and communications as requested
Ensures 100% customer/consumer satisfaction
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Works with multiple departments regarding installation related projects
