We are seeking an experienced property professional to assist in the strategic management of the Council's property portfolio.
In summary, key aspects of the role are as follows:
To co-ordinate the Corporate Asset Management Work Programme across the Council's activities and services.
To provide leadership and vision necessary to co-ordinate and develop activities of the Asset Management, Property Management and Property Information Services.
To support the Head of Service in developing policies in this area and to deputise as required.
