A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and meticulous Office Administrator to join our exciting international company. We are a workboat charterer specialising in the emerging renewables market and established dredging industry on a world wide basis.
Reporting to the manager, you will work with a small team of people in a busy and demanding environment supporting all departments to ensure smooth running of the office.
Duties include managing incoming/ outgoing post, answer telephone calls filing, photocopying, general administration tasks.
You MUST be able to demonstrate practical experience of using MS Office - excel, word & outlook and it would be advantageous to have access to a car or similar as we are approx 1 mile from nearest bus stop.
