syk recruitment is looking for 2 registered mental nurses rmn or registered general nurses rgn to join their clients prestigious nursing home group you must be rmn or rgn qualified and have a real passion for elderly care
this is a medium sized nursing home and can offer stability this role offers 33 hours per week over 7 days on a rotational basis
job duties for registered mental nurse rmn registered general nurse rgn
manage the nursing care for a defined caseload of clients
maintain high standards of nursing care
tailor care plans to help patients develop a range of coping skills build self esteem and confidence
enable patients to move on to less restrictive environments
demonstrate quality clinical practice
develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with team members
manage your own professional development
risk management
health and safety
participate in unit projects audits and quality initiatives
infection control

the successful registered mental nurse rmn registered general nurse rgn must have
experience working with adults with elderly care needs
valid nmc pin
qualified rmn or rgn nurse
articulate and knowledgeable about health care issues
relevant experience
ability to work flexible working pattern including weekends
