Our client is a growing and expanding organisation. They have worldwide bases and a large workforce spread across multiple continents. Due to expansion within their IT team and the software areas in particular, they are searching for a manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will involve managing a team of software developers and architects that focus on .NET development. They produce a range of complex and intricate software systems, both desktop and web based.

The role of manager in this team will involve guiding and aiding them to achieve their goals. Key tasks will include

• driving performance to enhance productivity
• providing guidance and training as and when required
• providing strategic overview of methodologies
• designing and leading projects.
• creating a system of documentation
• developing excellent internal relationships

This role will require a talented manager with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable learning and managing complex systems, and will be able to demonstrate a background in performing a managerial role in a large environment.
