Due to the success and growth of our business, we are now looking to recruit a Support Consultant to be based in East Kilbride

The role of Support Consultant is to resolve technical queries and you will be responsible for providing in-depth support for customers of Memex applications.

The successful applicant must have a proven track record with:

Software applications support

Unix/Linux administration experience

Perl/Shell scripting and knowledge of XML/HTML

A background in Business Intelligence/Data Integration would be highly advantageous

You will have excellent communication skills and take an analytical approach to problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Second Line Support experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer facing, troubleshooting, analytical, problem solving experience and have the ability to learn new products and systems quickly.
