An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager based at The Parc Hotel, a Thistle Hotel which is situated in the centre of Cardiff. The hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme and holds the highest AA score in the city. It boasts The Social 2 AA rosette restaurant, 140 bedrooms and 10 meeting and event rooms which cater for a variety of events.
You will be responsible for promoting the hotel services to the existing portfolio as well as pro-actively seeking new accounts, across all parts of the business. This includes meeting & events and leisure markets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and new business acquisition as well as strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed. In addition, appointment targets and achieving hotel budget will be key measurable metrics.
Focus and determination are essential along with previous experience in a similar role.
