BPM - Technical Lead-London 45,000 - 50,000Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: Performs complex server and middleware support activities on a WebSphere Process Server environment Leads the resolution of complex issues to meet established SLA's Updates and writes documentation, procedures and user guides Define standards, best practice and associated educational material that promote strategic solutions/reuse Supervision of operational support activities and resources across numerous global locations for BPM solutions using WebSphere Business Process Manager BPM consultancy to A&PI community throughout Participates in testing for internal team and business customers Experienced IT professional with relevant experience of BPM solutions, WebSphere Process Server 6.0.x workflow development using WID and WebSphere Application ServerBPM - Technical Lead-London 45,000 - 50,000 Experience of Web Development/Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) and Human Task Manager Experience of WebSphere Lombardi Edition Experience of AIX and/or Solaris Operating Systems Experience of HA / Clustering, IBM HACMP advantageous Good analytical skills with previous experience of providing support in a global Service Significant level of demonstrable credibility within both IT and business environments including proven ability to resolve issues and mitigate business & technical risks Effective team-worker and leader, fostering team spirit - able to actively participate and give clear direction & priority in response to concurrent competing activities Ability to recognize and participate through crises situation in clam and methodical manner Experienced in service management disciplines and operations (participating in Customer Boards, acting upon Voice of Customer feedback, providing service communications relating to service availability, etc) Experienced in the adoption of a strategic overview / position.
