Working at the Group Head Office you will support the Group HR Controller in a number of projects for the company, whilst having your own routine key administration tasks to complete around reward and benefits, employee engagement, talent development, employee relations and recruitment. You will ensure a seamless service is offered to the divisional HR Managers and provide support and assistance to ensure this service is consistent across the group.

Recently graduated in a relevant degree (business or HR), ideally you will have already gained some exposure to a HR function through relevant work experience, you will have an eye for the detail be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, organisational, IT and administrative skills. You will need to demonstrate strong numeracy skills due to the amount of numerical data that will be used in this role A positive resilient attitude and an understanding of how HR adds value will also be required.
