Multi award winning Maclay Inns are now searching for a talented General Manager, with great drive and passion, to take the helm at braes, situated on the Perth Road, Dundee .
braes is a leading unit in the Maclay Inns portfolio and has grown from strength to strength since opening in 2004. braes is a well known and established bar diner situated opposite the Dundee University Campus.
The unit provides a well renowned high quality offer for eating, drinking and functions, meeting the needs of locals, businesses and students alike.

The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years general management experience in a high volume bar and food operation. Excel in delivering great hospitality to our customers. Be a great team leader, manager and motivator. Be able to demonstrate a track record of implementing successful marketing/advertising strategies. Have knowledge of the local area, the key competitors and the student social and society scene. Be capable of taking full P+L Account responsibility. On offer is a great salary, with an achievable bonus scheme based on KPI achievement.
