CCNA/CCSP Security Engineer required for our IT services client who are based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a service oriented engineer to progress his/her career within a customer centric organisation.
You will have a minimum of 12 months experience of providing technical support in a Network Security environment, working within strick Service Level Agreements. Candidates must also have a "can do" attitude with a demonstrable track record of delivering a quality service.

Duties:
Provide telephone and remote technical support for customers and support contract customers as per company processes and customer SLAs Respond, create, update and close incidents in the service management system Provide support to managed serviced customers using management software Respond and update the monitoring system for problems · Pre-configure network equipment for customers’ sites Create and test network solutions in lab environment Document network solutions and ongoing changes Ensure change management is handled as per internal processes Ensure configuration updates are handled as per internal processes Ensure configuration documentation is created, updated and stored as per internal processes.
