Due to a new client win we are now seeking to appoint a German speaking PR / Social Media Executive who will report to the PR Director with dotted line reporting to Head of Social Media and Head of PR/Blogger Engagement

Responsibilities:
Deploy a social media, blogger engagement and public relations strategy in the German consumer and fitness/nutrition market for an online brand

Develop UK elements to meet specific requirements of the German market

Develop and deployment of other PR programmes as required in the German and UK markets

Requirements:
Experience in or deep understanding of a range of public relations techniques, including;

Online PR

Media relations

Social media management

Community management

Qualifications in Public Relations, Marketing or similar discipline

Native or fluent German speaker with an aptitude to write excellent communications for German speaking audiences

Excellent written and spoken English language skills

We have no fixed parameters within these requirements – we are looking for a well balanced mix and a candidate who can demonstrate the necessary qualities to achieve the aims of the role.

Desired attributes:
Knowledge of sports nutrition an advantage

Willingness to travel – it is likely that you will travel within the UK and to Germany (up to 20% of time)
