we see our front of house team members as the ‘faces of wagamama' and will expect you to have a positive attitude towards our customers, your team and the wagamama brand. everyday you will be welcoming the customers to the restaurant and making sure that their orders are taken correctly and zapping the orders through to the kitchen on our funky hand held devices. our front of house team members are vital to the success of wagamama, so it's important you're able to demonstrate amazing customer service skills, have a welcoming personality towards both your team and our customers. team work is a key to this job, so it's important you can communicate well and be able to keep cool under pressure even when the restaurants get very busy
