Deal with full end to end process of complaints
Provide detailed and comprehensive customer response letters
Liaise with customer directly to ensure customer is kept up to date on progress
Background in customer service/advisory
Background in practicing the complaint handling process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
