Crown Relocations UK is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to focus on the migrant market. This role will cover the United Kingdom.

Reporting to: Regional General Manager - Northern Region with a dotted line to Marketing Manager - UK & Ireland.

Principle Objectives:

• To develop relationships with partners in the migrant sector to increase incoming sales lead opportunities and create new revenue streams
• To work closely with marketing to deliver the migrant business plan objectives
• Networking, event attendance, speaking opportunities to promote Crown's services
• Develop additional value add services to the migrant market
• To oversee the performance of National Internet Leads Sales Centre (NILSC), with a focus on increasing lead opportunities, conversions, revenue, profitability and service quality

Key Activities:

• To manage, train and motivate the NILSC team and to create a high performance culture
• Develop effective sales and pricing strategy to win more migrant business at good margins
• Nurture existing Migrant partners to create long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, more sales leads and additional revenue streams
• Develop new partnership relationships with providers in the sector to generate more sales lead opportunities and additional value add for our customers
• Attend sector exhibitions and conferences, seeking opportunities to promote Crown's services,
• Analyse web lead reports and maximise value of spend in this area
• Work closely with marketing to determine strategy for customer communication, advertising, PR programmes and digital programmes
• Work closely with other key stakeholders (International Manager, Branch and Regional Managers) to deliver profitable sales growth
