We are looking for an experienced professional who has had previous experience of working as an Air Freight clerk , with a vast knowledge of our industry.
Brief Job specification of the Import Clerk / Export Clerk:-
Fully conversant in all air export documentation and procedures
Export customs clearance procedures
Excellent organisational skills
Good relationship with the various airlines
Good knowledge of flight schedules
Fully conversant in all import air documentation and procedures
Import customs clearance procedures
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good relationship with various airlines
Good knowledge of the flight schedules
Purchase invoice accrual/passing
Sales invoice generation
Collection notes
Delivery notes
Customer focused
Liaison with overseas agents
Liaison with domestic agents and subcontractors
Confident in providing detailed quotations to the customer base
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office product
Hours of work : 9am-5.30pm
