As part of our new HR structure we are looking for an experienced people manager to support all administration involved in employee benefits, learning and development and general administration regarding an individual’s employment and lead the General and Learning Administration Team.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the completion of all employee administration involved in employee benefits, learning and development and other general administration not dealt with by the other teams within the HR Transaction Centre

• Part of the HR Transaction Centre General and Learning Administration Team, reporting into the HR Transaction Centre Manager
• Manage a team of General Administrators responsible for general administration of the employee lifecycle not dealt with by the teams within the HR Transaction Centre
• Accountable for all employee benefits administration and the relationships with 3rd party providers of service
• Accountable for the employee long service reward process
• Accountable for the Learning and Development administration processes including course administration and Development Resource Centre administration
• Results driven within the context of a complex business with interdependencies within RWE.

• Support and deliver new ways of working in a business and a function undergoing change
• Deal with conflicting workloads and requests effectively from all parts of RWE npower, operation across multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed businesses/legal entities, with multiple sets of terms and conditions of employment
• Manage resources to full utilisation ensuring flexibility to deliver expected service standards during peak activities
