You will need to be able to write, develop and deliver effective learning and development materials and solutions, which become an integral part of the overall group learning and development plan and supports the growth of management knowledge and skills within stores.

Support the leadership team within group learning and development (Head of Retail Management & Leadership Development, Head of Retail Operations Training,) in the execution of the team’s annual plan initiatives, ensuring delivery of these on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.
