My 5* Hospitality Client is looking for a IT Manager / System Analyst to join their Management Team ASAP - You will be as the go to person for all things IT and Telco offering pro-active IT Consulting to senior stakeholders, managing new projects, offering second line support to all System Users and owning all the IT and Telco Systems You will have experience working in an IT environment with a good knowledge of hardware, software and networking, particularly TCP/IP, Windows 2003 and 2008 Server, and MS Office applications.

Key responsibilities include:
provide a high level of service to all systems users across a all sites (all local)
work with 3rd party vendors and operational key-users to support all business applications
coordinate technical services through Head Office, their Technology Service Center and 3rd party vendors when necessary

• assist with the installation, service and maintenance of application servers, network infrastructure and telecommunication equipment under the guidance and direction of Head Office
• develop, document, and support small applications and ad-hoc reports
• maintain and support audio/visual equipment throughout the Resort
