Salary: Band 5 equivalent, Dependent on experience
Hours: 20 Hours per week on a rota basis to meet requirements of Practice
Start Date: September 2012
Duration: Permanent, following probation period
Avenue Villa surgery is a busy 5 Partner practice in Llanelli town centre. A temporary vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic part time RGN to join our busy and friendly practice team. The current nursing team consists of 2 nurse practitioners, 3 practice nurses and a healthcare assistant.
The successful candidate should preferably have experience of working within a busy primary care setting. Desirable skills would include mainly General Treatment Room duties, Vaccinations, Contraceptive advice, Ear Syringing, Cervical Screening and Health Promotion Advice.
