Prepare & run all payroll data for Rare Group and associated companies Process increases staff salaries, changes, SSP, periods of unpaid leave & maternity paternity leave. Liaise with FC on employee tax related matters. Ensure all data for payroll processing is entered accurately in accordance to company deadlines. Ensure all overtime payments are paid accurately and according to budget.
Compile monthly overtime reports for Mgr, Financial Controller & Head Office Set up new staff on the time and attendance system. Provide reports to senior managers on employee related matters as and when required. Assist with all administration relating to employment and contract Ensure staff sickness absence is managed appropriately in accordance with company guidelines. Assist with the drafting of correspondence relating to maternity, offer letters, contracts of employment etc.

Prepare various reports relating Child Support Agency, loss of earnings, absence, salary data & budget reports for internal and external salary reviews and potential audits. Run and produce ledger accounts reconciliation.
Process payments in relation to HM Inland revenue, pension and Child Support Complete manual P60s and P11Ds statements. Calculate employers NI on employee benefits (including expatriates). Keep updated with changes to taxation, NI contributions, maternity & paternity pay Assist in the implementation of ad hoc projects in order to continual improve HR practices. Attend HR meetings and take minutes, write correspondence as required.
The essential skills, experience and knowledge required for this position are: Excellent knowledge of Payroll, Revenue functionality and processes. Highly experienced in Payroll administration. Advanced knowledge of excel and the ability to compile complicated formulas and use pivot tables. Fully experiences in using Sage payroll system.
Experienced in reconciliation, end of year processes and UK working practices. General knowledge of UK employment law and best practice. A high degree of accuracy and numeracy. The ability to analyze high volumes of data.
Educated to minimum A-Level Degree Level. Good level of written and spoken English. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
