G4S, the largest security company in the UK, is currently looking for retail security officers in the Warrington area.

Successful candidates will need to be excellent confident communicators, be well presented (must wear a hat on duty at all times), be able to deal professionally with all customers, handle any potential conflict situations calmly and resolve a variety of problems as and when the arise, and be able to write clear reports and statements.

Must be flexible on shift times and locations of work in and around the Warrington area so must hold full driving licence and have own transport.

Role Responsibility:
Provide a smart and professional on site visual deterrant.

Communicate effectively with Morrisons managers and staff alike as part of a wider team.

Be able to solve security related problems in store in line with G4S/Morrisons assignment instructions.

Write report and statements where required on daily events or incidents.

Escalate any health and safety risks to Morrisons Management team and or G4S line managers.

Patrols of the store high risk areas

Providing a knowledgable, on site security presence.

The Ideal Candidate:
No previous experience is required as full training is given, but the ideal candidate may find retail or security experence an advantage in this role.
