Davis Green Ltd is working with a well known niche market business based in Swindon. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to deputise the Finance Manager. You will manage the Sales Ledger, including; raising invoices, cash allocation and any reconciliations, Credit Control, including; debt collection and aged debt analysis, assist with the cash forecasts and creditor reports, intercompany reconciliations, petty cash, cashiering and all expenses. You will also be working closely with the Finance Manager, providing support on ad hoc projects. This is an interesting and varied opportunity that would suit an experienced Credit Controller, Ledger Clerk or Finance Administrator looking to further their career. Good communication and Excel skills are also essential. This is an urgent requirement so, early application is essential and if you are on a short notice, this will be highly advantageous.
