Online Programming of machines – Fanuc & Heidenhain controls is advantageous.

Select the correct feeds & speeds required for the material grade.

Undertake measurement and inspection.

Ability to read machining drawings and adhere to routing instructions and operating procedures.

Maintain tight tolerances to a range of +/- 0.001”.
