We currently have a vacancy for a Lead Talent and Performance Advisor based at one of our key locations in Port Talbot, South Wales.
The department
Following a period of change and the introduction of a new operating model this a key role within the Centre of Expertise of Learning & Development. The Talent & Performance team provide creative design solutions and work closely with Business Partners.
The role
The successful candidate will support the Talent and Performance Manager with the delivery of L&D projects and processes throughout the organization with the aim of building capability in HR Business Partners, business teams and line managers. The key responsibilities will be to:
Support business activity in talent planning
Support the delivery of L&D projects in terms of design, delivery and line manager support·
Create future talent pools at all levels within the organization, specifically Senior Management and Graduates
Implement processes to ensure that succession and development pipelines are sufficient to fulfill the immediate and future needs of the organisation
Implement plans and processes which drive performance improvement and innovation, and manage designated projects.
