Our Belfast based Client is a leading Mechanical Electrical installation company. On behalf of this Client we are seeking A Health and Safety Manager to look after HS, Quality and Environmental Systems and issues. You should come from a Construction background and be NEEBOSH trained. You will recently have conducted site inspections and audits.
The Role
Ensure current Health Safety Legislation and CDM Regulations are adhered.
Ensure that operations are carried out safely and in accordance with the company's Health Safety Policy.
Provide Training on Health and Safety, attend meetings.
Develop risk assessments and method statements.
Advise and carry out health and safety training and inspections
Organise and attend meetings to discuss health safety issues.
The Person
You will have recent experience working in a similar role in the Construction Industry.
You will be NEEBOSH qualified
You will have excellent communication and IT skills including MS Office Suite
You will have a genuine interest in promoting Health and Safety in the workplace and in ensuring a quality delivery of product.
Candidates with and experience of ME installations may have an advantage.
