Our client in Leamington Spa is currently looking for a permanent HR & Organisational Development Manager. Duties for the job:

Responsible for supervising and managing 7 members of staff
Creating and implementing HR & OD strategies to deliver the corporate plan
Dealing with policy development and implementation
Advising on the full range of employment issues including employment benefits, pensions etc.
Providing training and development for all staff
Responsible for Health & Safety in the workplace
Leading and developing the support team
