Aftersales Operations Specialist

They now have a fantastic opportunity for an Aftersales Operations Specialist to join the Service Engineering and Aftersales team based in Woking, Surrey
Principal accountabilities for position
- Liaison with our Regional Offices and Regional Aftersales Managers across all aftersales deliverables, providing support, information and backup to customer and dealer concerns,
- Monitor and report dealer performance though CRM, and direct feedback though active communication channels,
- Monitor and report dealer performance though parts and lifestyle accessory sales,
- Monitor and report dealer development though mystery shop and auditing activities,
- Maintenance and development our Aftersales Policies and Operating Standards,
- Support and development our aftersales dealer systems, including testing,
- Support and development of Road Side Assistance providers,
- Initiate and apply mystery shop activities with key service providers,
- Liaison with translation suppliers and with internal and external proof readers,
- Support the administration activities for internal and external dealer training activities, including implementation and rollout,
- Support our warranty team with dealer liaison for warranty concerns,
- Regional and central support on aftersales system training,
- To carry out any other appropriate work as required by the company
Knowledge, skills and experience for position
- Previous experience in an Automotive Service and Aftersales environment at an operational level either within a Head Office or Field Support role, Service advisor and or Aftersales Managers will be considered (3-5y minimum)
- Educated to degree level desirable or equivalent qualifications will be considered in lieu,
- Experience with luxury or premium segment vehicles,
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office suite,
- Knowledge of Vehicle manufactures operating standards and audit guidelines,
- Knowledge of Engineering Bill of Material systems beneficial,
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance,
- Knowledge how a Vehicle Manufactures Franchise workshop operates,
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems.
- Knowledge of modern vehicle operating systems (including EHB, ABS, HVAC, Engine, and Transmissions)
- Second language would be beneficial,
