Due to the success and growth of our business, we are now looking to recruit a Customer Support Consultant to be based in East Kilbride. Will be resolving technical queries and will be responsible for providing in-depth support for customers of Memex applications. Must have experience of Software applications support, Unix/Linux administration experience,. Perl/Shell scripting and knowledge of XML/HTML A background in Business Intelligence/Data Integration would be highly advantageous. Will need excellent communication skills and take an analytical approach to problem solving. Must also have excellent Second Line Support experience. The ideal candidate will have also need excellent customer facing, troubleshooting, analytical, problem solving experience.
