Full service, private practice, Lancashire based law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor with 1 - 4 years' PQE to join their team.

Our client is well thought of and respected, traditional practice based in the heart of Lancashire. Due to movement and expansion within the team, they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer. You will need a minimum of 1- 4 years' PQE and be able to handle your own caselaod of residential property matters.

Solicitors applying for this position will need to be well versed handling residential property matters from inception to completion to include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Assent files
• Transfers of equity and remortgage matters
• Shared ownerships
• Auction and investment properties
• New builds
• Right to buy
• Buy to let
• Registered and unregistered land

You will need to be able to work within the Lancashire / Greater Manchester area and have experience working towards billing targets. Salary is up to £27k dependant on experience and level.
