Who are you?
You have an excellent working knowledge of web technologies, with a proven track record of successful project implementation in a web environment. You are a problem solver who takes ownership for solving complex problems and has evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.

You have excellent communication skills and are able to motivate project teams to meet tight deadlines, but you are also very technically minded and may even have been a developer in a past life.

You value project processes, but you're not a PRINCE2 disciple. You are someone who likes to gets their hands dirty and you love working at the coalface. You have strong motivation skills and lead projects from the front; you don't sit back and watch other do the hard graft whilst you just tick milestones off in your project planner!

What is the role?
Working as an integral member of a small team you will be responsible for understanding client's business requirements and translating these into functional & technical specifications, process workflows, sitemaps and wireframes.

The role involves managing and monitoring multiple concurrent projects to deliver high quality solutions within budget and project timescales. It's a very hands-on role so expect to be very involved in testing, product configuration and data / web content challenges.
In addition you will be responsible for delivering project presentations, demonstrations, training and producing status reports
